If you like latex mattresses or pillows, Kippli is the right place for you. We have their mattresses for five years now and are very happy with them. I've already reordered their pillows twice.

I was initially excited to try out the brand at first. I ordered a pillow at the start of the month and received no updates for weeks regarding the delivery. I finally received an email asking how I liked the product. I emailed several times back, as well as contacting them via social media, asking for updates on the delivery and explaining that I received nothing, but received no response. It has been days and still nothing. I'm very disappointed and frustrated in the process, as there is no customer support or communication, I have not received any product and they have taken the payment. I'm wondering whether it is a scam company...
In August 2025, I chose Kipli hoping for fast delivery and a smooth setup for my new apartment in France. It’s now mid-October, and I’m still dealing with unresolved issues.While their mattresses are decent, the furniture is plagued by design flaws. I ordered a dresser that arrived with the wrong part for the top drawer, and the bottom drawer doesn’t close properly due to a faulty hinge system. The wall desk had a part screwed in incorrectly, and the Otto bed had to be returned because one side was missing a hole.On top of that, the delivery service was a disaster. The first delivery didn’t show up. After weeks of waiting, I was told the delivery company wouldn’t bring the bed to my apartment or assemble it—despite having paid for that service. I called Kipli, but since it was a Saturday, they did nothing.Verdict: Never buy from Kipli unless it’s a mattress. For the price they charge, you can get far better quality and service elsewhere.
I purchased the Luca solid wood bed from Kipli, expecting a premium product and reliable customer service. Unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite.From the very first day, the bed started making loud, disruptive creaking noises, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. For a brand that markets itself as high-quality and sustainable, this is completely unacceptable.What’s even worse is the lack of response from Kipli’s customer service. I have written several emails explaining the issue in detail and even offered a solution, but I have been completely ignored. No acknowledgment, no proposed fix, no support whatsoever.After weeks of waiting, I was forced to spend additional money to buy new slats myself just to make the bed usable.I genuinely wanted to believe in Kipli’s values, but this experience shows a serious lack of customer care. I cannot recommend this company.
Excellent product and excellent customer management. The quality is absolutely amazing, I got the seasonal cover. Super confortable and light. Perfect temperature all night, even if it is cold or warm. When I needed some support from the customer service, I got it straight, resolving all my doubts and needs asap. Honestly, best investment at home ever for my and my wife.
