We ordered the Luca bed. Delivered within 10 days. So far so good. Bed is extremely noisey, creaky and also very light (so moves easily if you walk against it). For us the sleeping comfort was very low and not worth the 1000€+ price. We decided to return it. Despite Kipli making ads for free returns on Google (which also mentioned the bed below the slogan for free returns) they want to charge over 200€ in return fees. This is not visible anywhere on the website. Company does not respect Dutch consumer law.
