They deemed my case 'too complex' and suggested my GP refer me back to the NHS, resulting in a 5-7 year wait. Given that this was my last chance for help, I feel hopeless about the future. Their claims of being a family business do not translate into genuine care, as they seem focused only on those they deem 'worthy' or 'profitable.'
