We placed an order with Kismet on December 1st. As of February 1st, the package has still not been received. I gave the owner ample time to resolve the issue, but the tracking number provided does not show that the package was ever received or even entered into the carrier system.I made multiple attempts to allow this to be corrected, but there has been no resolution. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I would advise others to proceed with caution when ordering.
