Unfortunately, my experience with Kismet was negative. A shipment was never received, the tracking number provided did not work, and communication ceased when I tried to resolve the issue. They also blocked me rather than addressing the problem which is unacceptable. I would not recommend ordering based on my experience.

We placed an order with Kismet on December 1st. As of February 1st, the package has still not been received. I gave the owner ample time to resolve the issue, but the tracking number provided does not show that the package was ever received or even entered into the carrier system.I made multiple attempts to allow this to be corrected, but there has been no resolution. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I would advise others to proceed with caution when ordering.

Apparently, their version of faith includes 'Thou shalt take the money and run.'If you value your peace of mind and your bank account, stay far away from these manipulative thieves.
This site is a scam. This company created a label on 11/25/25 with USPS and USPS still waiting for the items. I sent numerous email requesting refund. This company continued to lie and say the package is on the way. I filed a claim with Better Business Bureau.
The company is a scam. I never received my products and they don’t want to refund my money. They are asking me to pay shipping fees again to resend my products because they said there is something wrong with my address. But there is nothing wrong with my address. They just want to try to scam more money from m. Useless company
Excellent. I’ve been using them for over a year too 2 years now. I’ve never had any problems. And their international delivery is excellent. I’ve only had one issue and when I contacted them their customer service was fast, efficient and excellent! I will continue to buy from them and continue to recommend them. Their products are genuine and great customer service all the time.
I have been using Venus de Milo complexion face cream for years, which worked well. I started to buy from this service and the cream did not seem was the same, as I had before. The cream did not work anymore. I noticed the box colour was different, it was not as pink, the smell was different and the texture was different it was runny. I like to stay topped up and bought multiple boxes. I throw away most of it in the bin. The company said the product was genuine. I wander if anyone else had similar issues.
