I faced lies, false promises, and continued delays without clear timelines, leading to financial strain due to retention of my funds. I incurred bank charges and interest because of this prolonged process. I reached out directly to the airline to confirm my booking or the refund process, only to find no active ticket or refund in their system, which understandably raised significant concerns. The entire situation became confusing and inconsistent, making it hard to understand where my money was or who was managing the booking. After numerous emails, calls, formal complaints, and public reviews, the refund was finally processed, but only after more than a month of disputes and unnecessary effort on my part. This experience was exhausting and deeply frustrating, particularly due to the lack of transparency and constant shifting explanations. No customer should have to endure such effort and uncertainty to retrieve their own funds. For these reasons, I strongly advise against using this platform. The process demonstrated poor customer service, excessive delays, unfulfilled promises, and a lack of accountability towards customers, especially in vulnerable situations. Although the refund was eventually completed, it demanded far more time, pressure, and persistence than any customer should have to endure. What a terrible nightmare!
