I had to cancel a flight booked through Kiss and Fly and accepted their initial refund offer promptly. Their system failed to record my acceptance, and by the time I discovered this and reapplied, the refund amount had decreased substantially. I ended up receiving only a small portion of the original amount, even though I followed all the required steps and acted well before the flight date.
Customer support repeatedly insisted the request “was not confirmed in time,” without acknowledging that the issue was caused by their system not registering my acceptance. The process felt unreliable, and the lack of accountability was disappointing.
Based on this experience, I wouldn’t feel confident using Kiss and Fly again, especially for bookings where refund reliability matters.

This experience was exhausting and deeply frustrating, particularly due to the lack of transparency and constant shifting explanations. No customer should have to endure such effort and uncertainty to retrieve their own funds. For these reasons, I strongly advise against using this platform. The process demonstrated poor customer service, excessive delays, unfulfilled promises, and a lack of accountability towards customers, especially in vulnerable situations. Although the refund was eventually completed, it demanded far more time, pressure, and persistence than any customer should have to endure. What a terrible nightmare!
I am facing a critical issue with KissAndFly. My original departure on Dec 28 has been changed to Dec 29, yet my tickets for bookings 09CDWYVX and RBWAR6BC are STILL NOT ISSUED.
I am less than 24-37 hours away from travel. This delay is causing a domino effect, ruining my hotel reservations and local tour arrangements. Your support team only gives me scripted "wait patiently" responses while my trip falls apart.
I have paid in full. There is no excuse for this delay after a flight change. If I do not receive my e-tickets immediately, I will:
File a dispute with my bank to recover the funds.
Report KissAndFly to the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and consumer protection agencies.

The PNR number I received does not function on the airline's website. They continue to assure me that the correct PNR number will be sent, but I have been waiting for a significant amount of time for a proper update. Ultimately, they charged me and failed to secure an actual flight ticket. The PNR number given seems to be a scam. I strongly advise against using their service.
