If I could leave a “0” I wouldBought a Kitchen-Aid Toaster (4 slice) in March 23 its now Jan 24, this toaster WAS great at the start, two months ago it started toasting unevenly or burning or not toasted at all. Today spouse called their Canadian customer service line OMG the rep yelled at him because the REP couldn't understand my spouse, spouse told him to f-off and hung up. I started a chat, was told to email my receipt with the ref# she gave me, I did, got an email telling me to call customer service # same number hubby tried. I'm done, no more with this Company. I WILL NEVER BUY NOR RECOMMEND THEM EVER!!!
