I would advise against this brand due to their poor after-sales service. I purchased a stand mixer for £500, and upon arrival, it was faulty. After emailing customer service to request a replacement, I received no response for three days. When I called, they requested pictures of the issue, which I sent, but after four days with no update, I called again. They informed me that due to high demand during Black Friday, it would take longer to resolve. After 17 days with no resolution, I was told to return the faulty item for repair. I had to argue for a refund, which I am still waiting for. While their mixers may be good, their customer service is severely lacking once they have your money.
