I was thinking to leave a review on Google , but OMG , I don’t think @kitchenaid_uk are really interested at this, many people complaining and I wish I could see that site before I was buying my appliance .
Many costumer’s complaining how bad is this company and the agents/engineers that are working for them , Trojan is another one, this company takes the appliances from Kitchen Aid and “fix” them , I’m not sure how many time they successfully fix these appliances but mine wasn’t one of them .
@kitchenaidusa you should remove the license for Kitchen Aid UK as they don’t do a proper job, have a look their goggle reviews and check how bad they do in UK.
I had a highly frustrating encounter with the customer service team. I ordered a food processor online, but it turned out to be the wrong model. I attempted to cancel my original order, but was informed I couldn't and had to refuse the delivery instead. Although I did refuse it, I never received a tracking number or proof of the refused delivery. I then placed a second order for the correct item, but once again received no tracking information. When I inquired about my order, I was told it had been refused, despite never receiving it! They were quick to take over £900 from my account but have been unable to resolve this issue. I have repeatedly contacted customer service, but they have not provided any solutions or tracking information. As of December 31st, I still have no idea what is happening. This is extremely poor service! I do not recommend purchasing from them.
I purchased a grater pack as a Christmas gift for my daughter from their website. I was unaware that an attachment was needed, which they do not sell separately. When I called to return the grater pack and order the necessary attachment, I was informed of a strict 14-day return policy. Despite my explanation about spreading out my Christmas shopping to manage costs, they offered no assistance. Their customer service left much to be desired.
I bought an attractive espresso machine that stopped working after just two months. I received a refund from the seller and replaced it with the same model, only for this one to last three months. The support team was unhelpful and could only suggest a repair. Once again, the seller refunded me, citing that the product was not fit for purpose. I will not be purchasing this brand again.

I would advise against this brand due to their poor after-sales service. I purchased a stand mixer for £500, and upon arrival, it was faulty. After emailing customer service to request a replacement, I received no response for three days. When I called, they requested pictures of the issue, which I sent, but after four days with no update, I called again. They informed me that due to high demand during Black Friday, it would take longer to resolve. After 17 days with no resolution, I was told to return the faulty item for repair. I had to argue for a refund, which I am still waiting for. While their mixers may be good, their customer service is severely lacking once they have your money.
I purchased a special edition mixer less than a year ago, but it had a fault and caught fire. After returning it for inspection, I was informed it could not be repaired and received vouchers instead. I wanted to replace it with the same model, which is still listed on their website but currently out of stock. I reached out to inquire if the vouchers could be converted to cash for a new purchase, but received no response. After multiple calls, I was told the issue needed to be escalated, but I have yet to hear back. It’s been a month, and I feel like I am being given the runaround. I just want a replacement or my money back.
My experience with ordering from their website has been horrendous. I faced numerous issues, leading to a duplicate order and being charged twice. I followed their advice to reject the duplicate order but am now stuck with a double charge. They informed me it could take up to two weeks for a refund. Customer service acknowledged that this is a common problem but did not offer any resolution. There was no concern for the inconvenience caused.

Each time I called, I received false assurances that it was shipping soon. I was later informed it was a 'ghost order' and that I might not receive a refund. I was unable to speak with a manager and faced rude treatment. The representative seemed to take offense to my tone, but I have hearing difficulties and struggle with phone calls. This is unacceptable, and I will ensure others are aware of this poor service.
