I purchased a special edition mixer less than a year ago, but it had a fault and caught fire. After returning it for inspection, I was informed it could not be repaired and received vouchers instead. I wanted to replace it with the same model, which is still listed on their website but currently out of stock. I reached out to inquire if the vouchers could be converted to cash for a new purchase, but received no response. After multiple calls, I was told the issue needed to be escalated, but I have yet to hear back. It’s been a month, and I feel like I am being given the runaround. I just want a replacement or my money back.
