Unacceptable treatment and service

My experience with this company has been appalling. I saved for a new kettle and toaster, but my order was not delivered as promised. Each time I called, I received false assurances that it was shipping soon. I was later informed it was a 'ghost order' and that I might not receive a refund. I was unable to speak with a manager and faced rude treatment. The representative seemed to take offense to my tone, but I have hearing difficulties and struggle with phone calls. This is unacceptable, and I will ensure others are aware of this poor service.
