I had a highly frustrating encounter with the customer service team. I ordered a food processor online, but it turned out to be the wrong model. I attempted to cancel my original order, but was informed I couldn't and had to refuse the delivery instead. Although I did refuse it, I never received a tracking number or proof of the refused delivery. I then placed a second order for the correct item, but once again received no tracking information. When I inquired about my order, I was told it had been refused, despite never receiving it! They were quick to take over £900 from my account but have been unable to resolve this issue. I have repeatedly contacted customer service, but they have not provided any solutions or tracking information. As of December 31st, I still have no idea what is happening. This is extremely poor service! I do not recommend purchasing from them.
