I have owned a kitchen appliance for many years, and after it broke around Christmas, I ordered a new one on New Year's Day through the company's website. Almost two weeks later, it still hasn't arrived; it's stuck in a distribution hub in England while I live in Scotland. The delivery service informed the company that they attempted delivery twice, but their tracking shows no such attempts, and the package hasn't even crossed the border. The company's support has been extremely unhelpful, refusing to cancel the order and process a new one until they receive the original back. I didn't make this purchase for leisure; I intended to use it. The customer service is unacceptable. I strongly advise against using their service.
