After six months of use, I feel compelled to share my experience. The last toaster I tried was returned due to its impractical design. I received a partial refund tied to removing my review. Has the situation improved? The crumb catcher remains ineffective; nothing has changed whatsoever! The toaster leaves large, burnt bread remnants that I could only remove by turning it upside down and shaking it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on this visually appealing but impractical and potentially hazardous product! It nearly caught fire today! This company needs to review all its products, as the number of negative reviews without response is astonishing; they should be held accountable for misleading consumers.
