Worst experience ever. Never ever again buying their products.
I bought a kitchen machine with a meat Mincer, got broken at the first use (Literally the first use) and the mincer body started to rotate suddently exposing my wife to high risk.
You know the quality of a manufacturer when you have issue, i contact the customer service and the head of the department was approached by one representative to replace the product, but he refused as it was after the 14 days.
The repaired the devide improperly and i am in contact with them again for the 10X time.
A few years back, my previous toaster ended its fifteen-year run, prompting me to select a different brand. I opted for a premium option. However, after six months of use, I feel compelled to share my thoughts. My last toaster had to be returned due to its impractical design, and I received a partial refund in exchange for removing my review. Is the new one any better? Unfortunately, the crumb catcher remains ineffective and nothing has improved whatsoever. It struggles to remove large chunks of burnt bread from the base, requiring me to turn it upside down and shake it aggressively to clean it out. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS ATTRACTIVE YET UNRELIABLE AND POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS PRODUCT! Today, it almost caught fire! This company should reevaluate all of its products, as the number of negative reviews without any response is alarming; they need to stop misleading customers.

We purchased a baking machine that broke within three days. After contacting the company, we sent the machine back. Now, two months later, they have kept the machine for three months with no updates or a repaired unit in sight. A month ago, they simply stated they were still checking. Please, avoid buying anything from this brand!
I have a pan, a kettle, and a toaster from a well-known brand, purchased during a local sale. I am dissatisfied with all three items. The toaster doesn’t heat adequately, leaving bread merely dry instead of toasted. The ceramic pan began to lose its coating after just six months of light use. The kettle is hard to fill, and the lid is difficult to remove. Definitely not worth the expense.
If I could rate this company less than one star, I certainly would. A glass bowl from my mixer shattered while I was trying to remove it, injuring my husband's hand and requiring a trip to the emergency room. It took six months for them to respond, and they only offered the same bowl as a replacement despite my discomfort with it. My children are now terrified of glass breaking due to this incident, which was traumatic for them. I suggested a different replacement option, but they refused. It's best to steer clear of this company! The mixer also underperforms; it merely looks appealing!
I bought a mixer bowl that was delivered at the end of April. I started using it in early May, and it broke within ten days. I was truly disappointed with its performance. When I contacted the company, the representative was rude and insisted on a video of the machine. I felt disrespected as they wouldn't listen to my situation. After some insistence, they reluctantly sent me a return label for repair, but I haven’t heard anything since. Ideally, they should replace the item since it was nearly new. I paid a lot for it and expected better. They didn’t even apologize. I want to inform others about their poor after-sales service. I demand a new machine, suitable compensation, and an apology!
I spent £140 on a kettle, which has now malfunctioned for the second time. The first time, they refused to issue a refund and took a month to send a replacement. We purchased another kettle for £20 that has worked flawlessly. After reaching out to their customer service for help with the second broken kettle, I received no response after a week. I do not want another replacement, as it’s clear there’s a defect with the product that renders it unfit for use. The poor service and lack of accountability have completely eroded my trust in this brand.
Our replacement kettle has stopped working. I've emailed four times over the past two months and waited over an hour in two separate phone queues without getting through. For such a 'reputable' company, their customer service is unacceptable! It’s disappointing because I love the other products I've purchased from them. They need to improve their customer service!
