I bought a mixer bowl that was delivered at the end of April. I started using it in early May, and it broke within ten days. I was truly disappointed with its performance. When I contacted the company, the representative was rude and insisted on a video of the machine. I felt disrespected as they wouldn't listen to my situation. After some insistence, they reluctantly sent me a return label for repair, but I haven’t heard anything since. Ideally, they should replace the item since it was nearly new. I paid a lot for it and expected better. They didn’t even apologize. I want to inform others about their poor after-sales service. I demand a new machine, suitable compensation, and an apology!
