If I could give zero stars, I would. I've faced the same issues as others. It seems like the company was newly established just for Black Friday. They managed to promote their product to the top of search results, appearing somewhat legitimate. I ordered on November 20 and received a few emails pushing the delivery date to December 23. As of December 29, there’s still no delivery! I attempted to cancel but received no response to my emails. What a scam.
