Prices Seemed Attractive, But There's a Catch

The prices appeared significantly lower than on other platforms, and now I understand why. I received numerous polite emails from the support team apologizing for delays, but when I requested a refund, there was no response. I ended up initiating a chargeback with my credit card and would recommend others to avoid this service.

Extremely disappointed with the service

If I could rate this lower, I certainly would. I've encountered the same problems as many others here. It appears the company was newly established right before the Black Friday rush, managing to promote their questionable product to the top of online shopping results, undercutting other retailers to seem credible. I placed my order on November 20th and received a few emails pushing the delivery date to December 23rd. As of December 29th, I still haven't received anything! I attempted to cancel my order but have received no response to my emails. This feels like a total scam.

Appears to be a fraudulent company.

Sadly, this company seems to be a scam. I placed an order on November 28 and got an email about a slight delay. They promised a call and delivery by their team on December 22 or 23, but I've heard nothing since. If they aren't a scam, their service is terrible, but their customer service emails are very well-crafted.

This company is fraudulent

This company is a scam and has likely written their own positive reviews. I ordered a Christmas gift on December 2, and after ten days of no delivery date or updates, I emailed them. They assured me it would arrive in time for Christmas. After about seven emails with no response, it’s clear the item hasn’t even been dispatched. Avoid this company; it’s a scam, and you won’t get your order.

No Stars. Fraud!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I've faced the same issues as others. It seems like the company was newly established just for Black Friday. I ordered an air fryer, and after inquiring about its arrival, I received a cheerful email thanking me for my patience and saying it would arrive before Christmas. Still no air fryer, and now I can't reach the company despite multiple calls, emails, and attempts to use their online chat!

Avoid this company

Do not order from this company. I placed my order on December 2, and it’s now December 26 with no parcel. I’ve sent five emails, messaged five times, and called their supposed help line with no replies. Stay far away from this company.
