Great experience with gym apparel purchase!

I bought several dri fit shirts for the gym, and my only complaint is that they have run out of the grey option. The selection was impressive, the prices were reasonable, and the entire process from confirmation email to quick delivery was excellent. I'm very satisfied and will definitely return for the grey!

Order placed on 1st Dec with a long delivery estimate

I placed an order on the 1st of December and was given a delivery window of 21st to 24th December, which I thought was quite lengthy. When I tried to track it, I faced difficulties. Eventually, I found an option on the platform that wasn't very helpful and now indicates delivery between January and February! It was supposed to be a Christmas gift. No one is responding to my calls or emails! I'm left wondering if this is a scam site or not. I'm extremely dissatisfied with this experience!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed my order on November 16th and was informed of a three-week turnaround. After following up in mid-December, I was assured it would definitely ship by December 19th... yet there's still no tracking information. I emailed and received no response. I called on December 22nd and was promised a follow-up. Instead, I received a disappointing email stating they wouldn’t fulfill the order before Christmas. This is unacceptable for a service that sells sports gear. Now, I have to scramble to find a replacement gift for my son. Truly a display of incompetence.

Order placed today, no confirmation

I placed an order today but have yet to receive a confirmation email. The items were in stock and should have arrived on time. After payment, the delivery date changed and no longer fits my schedule. I can't cancel or edit my order because I haven't received a confirmation email, and the payment has already been deducted from my account.
