I placed an order on the 1st of December and was given a delivery window of 21st to 24th December, which I thought was quite lengthy. When I tried to track it, I faced difficulties. Eventually, I found an option on the platform that wasn't very helpful and now indicates delivery between January and February! It was supposed to be a Christmas gift. No one is responding to my calls or emails! I'm left wondering if this is a scam site or not. I'm extremely dissatisfied with this experience!
