I ordered a pair of pants from this platform, and it took almost 4 weeks to arrive, which was frustrating. When it finally came, the color was completely different from what I selected online. I immediately requested a return and exchange, but the responses have been slow and unhelpful. I spent $70 expecting decent quality and service, but ended up with a product I don’t want and a very poor customer experience. Overall, not worth the money or the wait. I wouldn’t recommend buying from here.
