I ordered a pair of pants from this platform, and it took nearly 4 weeks to arrive, which was quite frustrating. When it finally came, the color was entirely different from what I had chosen online. I quickly requested a return and exchange, but the responses have been slow and unhelpful. I spent $70 expecting reasonable quality and service, but ended up with a product I don’t want and a very poor customer experience. Overall, it wasn’t worth the money or the wait.
