I ordered two pairs of prescription glasses and a pair of sunglasses.
They were offering a deal that came to about 100$ off and gave you the free sunglasses.
I had added blue light blocking advanced lenses to one pair and premium lenses with grey photochromic (transitions).
Took about 3 days to arrive.
Unfortunately, the glasses I received had none of the add-ons I'd paid for and felt cheap and pinched my head. Wore them for about 24-36 hours before contacting support. They want them back before sending out the correct glasses...
What a company should do when they make an error is not cause anymore issues for the customer.
Apologize, allow them to keep the incorrect glasses as spares and send out the correct glasses, immediately... Instead, I will be returning these and won't be dealing with them Kits... Canadian or not.
