Visited yesterday and was really disappointed. The idea behind the concept is really good but in practice, it isn’t fair to the cats. I left feeling genuinely upset at how stressed the cats were. The children were chasing and cornering the cats, and the only staff member present didn’t seem to step in or manage the situation.Instead of being a calm, safe environment for the cat, it felt chaotic and overwhelming and several of them were trying to hide. I completely understand that families will visit, but there didn’t seem to be any real rules being enforced to protect the animals.I came expecting a relaxing experience where the cats’ wellbeing was the priority, but it honestly felt more like the cats were being treated as entertainment. I hope the business reviews how interactions are supervised, because the concept has potential, it just needs much better management to ensure the cats are comfortable and safe.
