Visited the Birmingham branch last week with friends and very excited children.On entrance got charged £17 welfare cost which wasn't on the online booking system?!!? As children were excited to go in didn't have much choice than to pay it. The girl who served us was lovely and took about 15 minutes for the drinks to arrive with the food taking another 45 minutes. Chased up twice to be told it was coming. When it did arrive it all came out at different times so we couldn't all eat together.I have since emailed to show the screen shots of the customer journey I had online when booking and where there is no mention of the welfare charge. A colleague called Dejourn replied to apologise and said they have passed on to the Birmingham manager to contact me. No response as of yet!
