I wish I had read the Trust Pilot reviews before my visit! I pre-ordered our meals via the contact form on the website but the admin team apparently don't communicate with the café so it was never received, The food was average, but they were out of Paninis on a Saturday afternoon so they had to substitute with a wrap that just fell apart, loaded nachos were soggy and cold, jacket potato was crucified.I paid £12.50 for 3 rubber balloons and cardboard poor quality birthday banner expecting much more for the money.A really disappointing visit, although cats looked happy and atmosphere was good.Cost for the hour we were allocated - £68.15, not worth it at all!!!I won't be visiting again
