They added a subscription to my cart (among “free gifts added to my order, so I didn’t see the subscription) and billed me for it. I feel that this is sneaky and borderline scam behavior.
I wrote their customer service immediately to cancel the order, but they didn’t reply and shipped the item - now requiring a highly involved process to return the item.
Very unhappy, do double check your cart if ordering from them.
Update after their reply: messaging customer service is useless, DO NOT BUY from this scam
