They added a subscription to my cart (among “free gifts added to my order, so I didn’t see the subscription) and billed me for it. I feel that this is sneaky and borderline scam behavior.
I wrote their customer service immediately to cancel the order, but they didn’t reply and shipped the item - now requiring a highly involved process to return the item.
Very unhappy, do double check your cart if ordering from them.

Absolutely love our Kittyspout that we just bought a second one. Not only do our cats use this fountain but our dogs now do as well. It keeps the water cold, completely silent and we can place it anywhere in the house because we do not have to plug it in. Highly recommend this company and product.
My two cats wre semi-feral when I took them from the rescue where I volunteer. I was charged with getting them adoptable. They are more distrustful of everything than even most cats already are. They love the Kittyspout. I set it up where I could see them using it. They are so funny. The boy kitty sits back & lets the girl kitty drink. Then he steps up for his turn. Then they take turns back & forth. They like to drink the water right at the spot on the spout where it comes out.

Our search is over for a fountain that was painless to maintain and clean. Many claim to be, but KittySpout means it. Our cats love it. We only really touch it weekly to add water, and change the filter every other week.
I ordered this because I had 4 cats and struggled to keep their bowls filled. One of my younger cats loved drinking from the sink faucet and she taught the others that it was ok to use it. We have been using it for a few months now and there is no going back for this Cat Home (I refuse to call us a Cat House!)
I've placed three orders with the service so far. The website is user-friendly, products arrived promptly, and most importantly, my cats are drinking more water. I have two water fountains and purchased filters for them. Overall, I highly recommend this service, and I'm now considering buying the food dispenser as well. Absolutely love it!
