Awful customer service. No product received. I placed my order on Jan 18. It's now Feb 13 and nothing. Almost a month later. I sent an email and it took over a week to get a response and they said "It's on it's way". Do not recommend. Stay far away.
Store address claims, Kivori Pet Store LLC. 2850 Jane Street North York, ON, Canada however it's online only so no physical store front. Items are shipped from China.Misleading shipping and delivery promises for early shipping n receiving. Ordered yeast drops Jan 12 2026 still have not received first order and they automatically set you up for reoccurring order that ship before the first one has ever arrived. No response to email with questions. No way to cancel reoccurring orders ECT.I contacted my bank stopped payment n reported company as fraud n got my money back n have prevent any and all possible future charges.
Stay away from this company!! I ordered the yeast drops for my dog a month ago. I received the parcel in the mail. I didn't place another order for anything else after my initial order but.....they charged my card again for another shipment I didn't authorize. I sent numerous emails about this problem to no avail. I couldn't get my money back, so I disputed the charge with my bank and requested a new bank card with a new number. This company will never get another nickel from me! Fraud. Oh!!.....The yeast drops gave my poor dog diarrhea. Don't use them on your pup!
Do not do business with this company!! They start auto shipping and billing your credit card without any ability to stop it. I’m getting AMX involved. This is such a huge scam!! I’m asking for a refund but it looks like I’m out the bucks. I’d have never orders if I had known it was made in china!! Wish I’d used trustpilot first!!
If I could give a negative I would. The product they sent me is not the one advertised. It is a cheap piece of plastic and when I sent them a complaint, they said it was instead of the original one because it is better. WTF and they would not refund my money because it was on sale ($39) Total scam, rip-off, don't buy anything from this place its wrong what they are getting away with, and I am not done with them yet my son is a lawyer and it is not about the money its about scamming people!!!!$
