If I could give zero stars, I would. This service is an absolute catastrophe. First of all, the app itself is highly unreliable and frequently stops working altogether. It is incredibly frustrating to use, especially when you actually need it.
Furthermore, there is a massive technical flaw: email addresses cannot be traced or recognized properly. This caused severe compatibility issues for me while I was traveling abroad, leaving me completely stranded with no alternative options.
To make matters worse, the customer support is a complete joke. They either reply far too late or simply do not respond at all when you are in an emergency. When they finally do reach out after the fact, they offer absolutely no help, no solutions, and take zero accountability for their broken system.
