The customer service sucks, rude and is like talking to a robot. I booked a flight via them and chose to add one 23kg checked in baggage 3 days before my flight. When I arrived at the airport they apparently had held the money and not sent it through to the airline and therefore the airline had canceled my baggage whitout any emails or warnings. This ended up costing me close to 140$ as I had to pay for it at the airport instead.
When I tried to ask for a reimbursement from Kiwi they demanded an receipt with completely impossible demands such as flight number, card number, date, why it was charged, my full name and more.
It is utterly impossible to get all that information on a receipt
