I didn't appreciate their lack of transparency on refund request. I requested a refund for a flight that had 4 legs. They issued a 50% refund on leg 1, minus a fee, and then informed me the other 3 legs were non refundable.
I followed up several times in the month and a half between these two decisions, informing them I believe they had not requested the other 3 legs as an oversight. I still believe that is what happened. They stated they would show me proof that they requested it, but later denied willing to do it.
Kiwi is not terrible overall, but they are terrible at this.
Edit: I will update with Kiwi's actions on this item if they actually do anything.
