Horrible company! I booked a flight with kiwi.com and 24 hours before my flight I could not check in and when I called kiwi.com they told me that I purchased a ticket that I was on Stand-by and they did not have a seat for my husband and I. They said that all ticket saver tickets work that way. I needed to pay an extra $1000 to get a seat. Since my cruise was leaving the next day I had no choice but to pay. When I went to the airline counter they told me that there are no such things as stand-by tickets. These tickets are only for employees of the airlines. They said that kiwi.com had a horrible reputation for doing this and that I did in fact have a seat on the plane. When I returned home I called kiwi.com to complain and wanted my money back. They were rude on the phone and hung up on me. No where on my ticket confirmation did it say I was on Stand-by nor did it say in the Terms and Conditions.
