I booked a return flight from the UK to Australia, which included stops in Singapore and Malaysia. The service offers cheap flights combined to create a lower overall price, but this often leads to complicated itineraries and unreliable airlines. My initial leg involved a flight to Vienna with a provider known for its poor reputation. Fortunately, my flight was canceled, and the service had to reschedule my trip to Australia according to their insurance policy. However, on my return journey, I was supposed to fly with another airline from Phuket to Oman, but that flight was also canceled, making it impossible for me to continue my trip. I received a credit for the canceled leg, but not for the onward flight from Oman. The company suggested I could rebook with a different airline, which didn't make sense, as I found a direct flight for half the price elsewhere. To add insult to injury, they planned to charge me £30 for canceling the Oman flight, despite it being their fault for using an unreliable airline. Furthermore, any credit I receive must be spent with them. I will never use this service again and will use any credit on a local flight instead.
