I applied for a refund just 2 hours after booking, but even after 5 hours, nothing has been processed yet. (When I called the airline, they said there was no record of my request at all.) The refund process is extremely slow, and the online AI chat window just keeps repeating the same lines over and over. When I finally got through to customer service, all they said was “we’ve passed it on, please wait,” and that it could take up to 2 weeks. But if the departure date comes and the ticket is canceled as a no-show, the penalty fee will be huge. At this rate, I’m going to end up losing a lot of money. Other ticketing platforms process cancellations immediately once you request them, but here everything is delayed and frustrating. I will never use this service again.
