The idea behind the platform is sound, and I've had positive experiences in the past. However, I've been searching for someone to house and pet sit since September, and without exaggeration, every single one of the 50+ messages I've sent has been met with responses like, "We're already booked for that time" or "We're unavailable during that period or in that area," despite my efforts to check availability on their calendars and adjust my search parameters accordingly. It's incredibly frustrating, especially when I received a message saying, "Lol sorry we are already booked, thanks for this message, it reminded me to update the calendar," even after reaching out to the support team, who assured me that their calendars update automatically. One of you is not being truthful. Please address this issue.
