The site has potential and I've had positive experiences in the past. However, I've been searching for house and pet sitters since September, and I can honestly say that every single one of the 50+ messages I've sent has received a response stating they are either booked or unavailable, despite my efforts to check their calendars and set my location correctly. It's frustrating to receive messages like, "Lol sorry we are already booked, thanks for the reminder to update the calendar," especially when I was informed by another service that their calendars update automatically. This situation needs to be addressed.

It's incredibly frustrating, especially when I received a message saying, "Lol sorry we are already booked, thanks for this message, it reminded me to update the calendar," even after reaching out to the support team, who assured me that their calendars update automatically. One of you is not being truthful. Please address this issue.
I was just let down with barely four weeks' notice during the Christmas season. This has completely disrupted my plans, yet there seems to be no consequences for those who cancelled or for the company. I absolutely cannot place my trust in this service.

On the rare occasions we haven’t received responses to ads, the support team always sends a message clarifying the situation.
