Absolutely terrible, janky software that should not even be in beta. Their compliance tools simply do not work. I was told that they would not prioritize fixing it because it wasn't "worth it" to them. The moblile app is completely non-functional and hasn't been updated in years. I do not know how these people can even continue to sell this product. If you want a soft phone solution that works, do not use Kixie. Im currently trying to cancel the service, but their support is telling me that our account manager will reach out, and our account manager hasn't responded to dozens of our emails, has not reached out.
