Tiffany set me up with a free demo but we can only log into the web browser and not the google chrome plugin. Tiffany takes up to 6 days to reply and just says to clear cookies which we already tried. I tried contacting their customer support and they immediately canceled my support request and said to talk to Tiffany. So I booked another call with someone else on the team and I sat on zoom waiting for Alex to show up and he never showed up and then just sent an email saying Tiffany is the only one who can help me, yet she can't help me. So frustrating and annoying and a waste of time. I'm very disappointed in the company as far as their delay in communication, technical issues, and lack of customer care and service. I mean I'm eager to use the service and then they just don't show up on the call? What kind of company does that.
I love the local presence using kixie. Makes follow up calls less of a headache. Power dialer is beneficial especially when I’m running behind. I can get through my call lists quickly and efficiently. I know I probably use a fraction kixies functions but I plan to explore.
Kixie is very user friendly, just like a traditional phone. It has many features too. I use it in my day to day work. Great connection to clients. Their customer service is top-notch too, very quick to respond to questions I have too. Definitely recommend!
I started using Kixie after trying 4-5 other dialing systems. The setup was very easy and they have excellent customer service. The local presence helped a ton with higher pickup rates. It was efficient and had no errors during dialer. If you wish to connect to a CRM you can do that too.
Seems odd that all of the good reviews of this company are posted within 1-2 days of each other. From someone who has used the product, on the positive side, the call quality is clear, and the click-to-call feature works well. On the negative side, the calls are flagged as spam at least 80% of the time. I have been double-billed on more than one occasion, and reaching someone helpful on customer support is next to impossible. Maybe some people have actually had a good experience but if you are an actual SMB with more than 10 employees, I doubt it.
