Horrendous customer services

If there was a zero, I would give this company zero. I received an abaya and when I went to wear it I noticed that there was beading missing. I contacted customer services who were extremely rude and refused to help in any way. When I left a comment on their instagram page they blocked me and continued to ignore me. I e-mailed them and was also ignored. Please do not order from them!!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Disgusting customer service. Spent £120 on one abaya and I have emailed multiple times to complain and NO ONE has acknowledged my concerns. Their sizes are all wrong as well. For a Muslim-owned company, I expected more. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy from here. The returns policy gives it all away. Poor quality in the clothes as well, nothing as promised. I highly recommended everyone to steer far from this so called company.

Do not buy from here

Do not buy from here, spent over 150 on 2 abayas, nothing like the image, came damaged, contacted them immediately, no response, the abayas look nothing like the image, terrible material, absolutely disgusted. Wanted to support a small business. Wasted my money. So disheartened by the quality and service. Absolute scam, I should have figure by the return policy. Will be spreading the word.
