I placed an order on Nov 28th for three pairs of shoes with DHL Express delivery. After a week, I started emailing for updates, and only on Dec 15th did I learn that one pair was out of stock while the other two would be shipped right away. Now it’s December 24th, and my order hasn't moved, plus they aren't responding to my emails. This has been a dreadful experience, and I won't be buying from them again.
