Communication is terrible for starters.
Went to website and selected in UK and paid in Pounds Sterling. Makes no sense that the shoe sizes are then US or that delivery is from US. Wanted size 7 (uk) trainers and got size 5. And now they want £15 (F'ing UK money again!) to return trainers to America. Ridiculous and furious.

Very disappointing experience

I placed an order on November 28th for three pairs of shoes with DHL Express delivery. After a week of waiting, I began sending emails to check on my order status. On December 15th, I learned that one pair was out of stock while the other two would be shipped immediately. Now, on December 24th, there has still been no movement on my order, and they have not responded to my emails. This has been a very disappointing experience, and I will not be making any future purchases.

Order placed on Nov 28th, still not received

I placed an order on Nov 28th for three pairs of shoes with DHL Express delivery. Now it’s December 24th, and my order hasn't moved, plus they aren't responding to my emails. This has been a dreadful experience, and I won't be buying from them again.

Very low quality

Very low quality. The sneakers are only six months old and have seen minimal wear. Parts of the sole are peeling off, making them unwearable. The support team claims this is 'normal wear and tear.' Since I’ve never encountered this issue with other sneakers, it seems to be a problem specific to this brand. Other brands offer much more durable options for half the price. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Avoid this seller

I placed a large order on Dec 2, and 16 days later it hasn’t even shipped. Customer service says it takes up to five days to ship. See the contradiction? Terrible company, and I may have to initiate a chargeback with my bank instead of dealing with the awful customer service and misleading information. Buy from somewhere else; it’s not worth the hassle since you might not even receive your items.

This company is the worst to deal with. Avoid at all costs.

I previously bought these shoes from a well-known retailer and had a great experience without dealing with the company directly. After I ordered two pairs on Nov 27, I received no communication until Dec 5, when I got an email claiming they were delivered (they weren't). The email stated they were delivered at my front door, but the tracking info was contradictory. After several requests for proof of delivery, I received no assistance. Customer service eventually offered a replacement as a 'good faith courtesy' but failed to provide tracking info. After multiple attempts to get updates, I was informed that part of my order was canceled due to unavailability, despite it still being listed online. I now have to dispute the charge with my credit card company to recover my payment. This company has shown no intention of fulfilling my order, and I will not support them again.

Shoes are fine, but service is lacking

The shoes are decent, and my dad loves them. I got him two pairs for Christmas. However, I received no shipment notification and had to inquire about the order. Two days later, I was told they were delivered, but the information was vague. The delivery photo only showed part of a garage door. I don’t know if the package was stolen or mishandled. I was promised a refund, but I still haven’t received tracking info. I doubt I will order from here again.

Terrible customer service experience

Terrible customer service. They claim the shoes have been out for delivery for four days. It’s impossible to reach a real person for help. I reported the transaction as fraud to my credit card company, which promptly reversed the charge due to numerous complaints. Stay away; it’s not worth the hassle.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. They sent me the wrong shoe (style, size, gender). The online system wouldn’t process my return, and it was hard to reach a customer service agent. They required me to return the shoe to the postal service during the busy holiday season. Overall, a frustrating experience. The shoe is great, but it’s not worth the effort to get the correct one from them.
