I previously bought these shoes from a well-known retailer and had a great experience without dealing with the company directly. After I ordered two pairs on Nov 27, I received no communication until Dec 5, when I got an email claiming they were delivered (they weren't). The email stated they were delivered at my front door, but the tracking info was contradictory. After several requests for proof of delivery, I received no assistance. Customer service eventually offered a replacement as a 'good faith courtesy' but failed to provide tracking info. After multiple attempts to get updates, I was informed that part of my order was canceled due to unavailability, despite it still being listed online. I now have to dispute the charge with my credit card company to recover my payment. This company has shown no intention of fulfilling my order, and I will not support them again.
