I placed an order on November 28th for three pairs of shoes with DHL Express delivery. After a week of waiting, I began sending emails to check on my order status. On December 15th, I learned that one pair was out of stock while the other two would be shipped immediately. Now, on December 24th, there has still been no movement on my order, and they have not responded to my emails. This has been a very disappointing experience, and I will not be making any future purchases.
