I appreciate the resolution of our plumbing issues. However, after setting a date, it wasn't recorded, which led to a no-show and left us without a fully functional bathroom for another week. Additionally, there needs to be better transparency regarding labor costs. This is why I rated the service with 3 stars.

The representative came to fix our central heating, which had suddenly stopped working. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had everything operational again in no time; knowledgeable, polite, and extremely dependable. A great local plumber.
