Refused a refund for the Hungarian Parliament tour. The dates of my booking and the non-refundable terms were not clearly disclosed at the confirmation page. Raised the issue within 3 days of the purchase to KKday, yet they refused to do anything at that point. Now they’re saying they can change the booking within 3 days, and they can do nothing now. Such level of dishonesty, incompetence and disrespect is appalling. Not to mention the Hungarian parliament (ie the service provider) allows for refunds within 24 hours prior to the tour, meanwhile Kkday is claiming no refunds are possible - what a bunch of scammers.
