I chose one that guaranteed a next-day visa, and I’m thrilled my visa was approved just as promised! I had constant communication with the representative throughout the process. Excellent service. I booked and paid for a group experience through their app for over 300. They canceled it and said I would be refunded in 14 days but could rebook in the meantime. I absolutely do not recommend this service. Use an alternative instead. Terrible experience and app. I will be following up on this.
Update: After 6 hours of customer service interaction between the platform and the merchant, the issue was resolved! We were picked up by the same driver who dropped us off in the morning. Thanks for clearing up the confusion and making this customer relieved. Thank you. Original review: I booked a roundtrip transfer from a hotel to a theme park. I was misinformed that it was one way only. It was a $115 voucher for a 20-minute ride. Who would pay this thinking it was one way? I tried contacting the merchant, but they refused to arrange a return trip. Save your money and take public transport or a rideshare instead.
If I could, I would give 0 stars. They misadvertised a museum tour that is located in Japan, without mentioning Japan in the title. I thought it was for Italy as the tickets were listed below the original Italian museum page. I purchased the tickets, and they refused to refund me. Avoid this service.
