I ordered a $120wig on Mar 13, 2026 the money was deducted from my account. It was supposed to be 3-5 delivery which was perfect because I had an important event. Now we are Mar 18th no merchandise. I tried calling the number on their site and it says it’s a text number only and they claim they need me to send them a screenshot of my account before they can send out the order. So I said forget it send me my money and now no one is responding to me. I don’t recommend this company at all.
