I found this company and wanted to transcribe a piano piece from YouTube. The sample version was good so I paid the three pounds for the full version. It was completely different in key and made no sense whatsoever? Nothing like any tuneI asked for refund and received it no problem but I was upset it couldn't be done again like the sample and don't understand why it was so different? Anyway I assume A good service most of the time
